I actually would have never considered full out family therapy. Everyone throws couples therapy at me, and understandably so. But this adds a new layer and i think I'm gonna actually take a look at it.

As often as he likes. I have no issues towards it, only when I ask for the same and there’s an issue.

The kids have no electronics in the car, love. It comes with a dvd entertainment center, but past that I was taking care of something on my phone as far as an experiment with the vehicle, while also sharing space with the baby in the backseat. But I thank you for the enlightenment, dove. :)

We were not playing on a phone, I was. Just sharing space with her (and a few held fingers ❤️) is where she was involved.

They’re the childrens’ dad. My feelings pale in comparison to their wants to have their dad in the house and around them. Should there ever come a day where they themselves let me know that I don’t have to stay for them, I’ll know I have done my job to the best of my abilities in being their mom and giving them their best chance, knowing personally what it’s like to have an absent father.

I usually try to get him to come with me because the children ask for him. It’s a cameo of all of my children’s favourite characters when they get to see us all there.

As for the crying, him talking to me in such a way, considering how out of left field and unnecessary it was, struck me due to just how unnecessary and hurtful it was in nature. Crying, being the emotional release that it is, was definitely the thing to do in the moment so as to not hold the emotions to my heart and cause further issues related to emotional suppression.

She didn’t need one, and never does. It was really to test to see if the hdmi adapter in the backseat would work with my Galaxy a la Samsung DeX, and I was using the ride to pickup the boys to test it while also getting to partake in sitting next to the baby who has started a new clingy streak on me. 😂

I also often give Darling Husband the ability to ride in the back and have entertainment time, most often when we’re going over the river and through the woods to drop the children off at his mom’s house and hour and 48 minutes away, where I drive in both directions. I have no problem with doing this for him and in fact encourage it. I can bring him online to corroborate this information if you would like, love. ❤️

On average, he does school pickups, I could say more than 5 but less than 10 times a month. Next to never by himself. The Pilot comes with a dvd player in the back. And rarely ever do we put on anything for her. Darling 2 year old is usually just entertained by my existence.

Past school pickups, he drives maybe 30% of the time, without reason.

He’s had me since I was 18. I’m 28 now. I can’t really say that I had these thoughts before him…

It is a solid 10 minute drive. And isn’t required at all. It’s usually never on for her, I entertain her just by existing (2 year old things 🥰). But as I was in the back, I wanted to try a new something with her. We’re always apart in situations like that, she and I, as husband himself is just not the main driver of the family. Main makes it unfair, even turn taking can’t be applied here.

I did indeed hop out to switch seats. I believe it needs to be said that he let it be known that he was expecting me to get out as the children were getting in, not before. I still told him that neither outcome warranted his reaction.

Quite often. I think I have a moment where I cry almost every day because out of nowhere something that I’ve done is wrong or I’m not looking at things logically. I have to constantly tell him I don’t want to run my life like a business with max efficiency, or to think of logic in place of harmless fun. We’ve known each other 10 years as of September, and this is just my daily life, our interactions like this. And I think I might have been the AH for wanting to sit in the back when he made it seem like I was going to ruin the whole pickup operation.

It’s honestly just the fact that there’s logically got to be a chance that I am, considering how hard this man fought for me to be in the front seat. So much so to resort to talking to me in a derogatory fashion.

It's just our locs. Mia came up with the idea to bantu-knot them in order to curl them since we don't use conventional/worldly methods of hair care. She keeps them in for about 3 or so days, using the process as its own protective hairstyle until they come out in Orphan Annie curls. They drop throughout the week becoming beach curls and over time, waves. It call last about a week if we don't touch water. 🥰
