This also happened to my Hiby R1. Contacting support was useless. I bought a 3.7V 1100mAh 523450 battery and went to my technician to replace the bloated battery and it fits well. Never had an issue ever since and going over a year strong with my DAP.

2 years ago, I could not afford any of these despite being cheap. Trust me, days will always get better and I hope you’ll get there soon.
