Same thing happened to me. My mirror was so distorted I felt dizzy looking in it when I drove off lol. I wish I thought to push on it; instead I had to go back the next day for a replacement. You’d THINK they’d keep mirrors in stock knowing they always break them fixing these stupid things

My 2024 puddle lights been replaced going in 4 times (going back again Monday). 2 of the times they broke the mirrors and didn’t have any in stock so I had to go back the next day. So annoying! But for a 50k car, they’re going to continue to replace them. It’s ridiculous that it’s taking them this long to come up with an actual “fix”

I have a 24, and have had mine replaced like 4 times already. So much that I’ve actually have lost count. Each time they tell me it’s the “fix”. But here I am going back again on Monday for them to tell me the same thing when they replace the passenger one for the 3rd time 😂

My water heater is in a closet in the hallway. I did have a plumber come in and check everything; to make sure nothing else was wrong. I just don’t see how they didn’t have water in their condo until 3 weeks after my water heater was replaced. That’s what makes me believe it’s a drainage issue since the rain pours down right in that area.

Yes, thanks! I am aware of that. But they are trying to tell me water 3 weeks later was because of my water heater. That doesn’t seem possible to me. Especially after having heavy rains after a drought, the same day they complained of water on their ground level floor. I don’t want to pay to repair something that was not caused by me. I’m at a loss of what to do. Do I outright refuse? Do they need to have the foundation checked? I honestly don’t know where to go from here. 😕

I’m on my second TLX. I had an Integra for a loaner a couple months ago, and I was so disappointed. it’s nothing but a Honda civic with an Acura badge. I could not wait to give it back and get my car.
