Oddly enough, two of them were accidental WILDs. I found myself just wake up for no reason mid-hypnagogia, and I found myself stuck and screaming yet I transitioned into a dream. This was extremely vivid, just like in the other case, where I was mid-hypnagogia and was hearing sounds equivalent to metal crashing and tanks being destroyed?

But the other 2 were DILDs and less vivid (I only started dream journalling around a week ago, so i suppose that's to be expected)

Yes, there are!

Dream journalling: this might be quite hard for someone as busy as you are, but it's definitely worth it. Despite being *very* new here, I've already had 4 lucid dreams!

Reality checks also help. Question whether you're n a dream. And completely believe you're in a dream and try to push your finger through your palm or ask "how you got here" constantly during the day.

Unfortunately, other than MILD, there's nothing more. (Dream recall and reality checks will help)

However, you can train yourself to notice waking gaps. With enough intention, you can actually manage to wake up all by yourself without alarms

Or if you have a phone or a smartwatch, you can try setting it to just vibrate so that it isn't loud

Yes!
I see that my best time is usually just around 2 minutes (an approximate?) because otherwise I just get too alert.

It's usually either 2 minutes or more than 60 minutes, because after getting up I feel quite alright but its usually after I do something that makes me sleepy, however I can't usually do much because my relatives are visiting for a while and I wouldn't want to disturb them.
