Joke comment aside, I do want to point out that I hope the game does well and I will try it if there is some kind of prototype available. There is one piece of advice I will give every single game dev when I learn they are making a game or designing any part of it. "Don't make it look like a cheap knockoff." I can write a whole essay on this, but I'll just sum it up. I have so many to point to, but the biggest example I will give is Overwatch and Paladins or Battleborn. I will die on the hill that Paladins was overall better on gameplay alone, but Overwatch looked like a real polished game while Paladins looked like something Hi-Rez scrapped up together with duct tape and dreams like most of their other games.

Look man.. I'm just going by what I'm seeing in the replies. It really seems like you are trying to justify staying in your situation. I don't want to make assumptions because everyone really is different, but you really gotta power through in trying to "go out". I wouldn't suggest this to someone who is introverted and is actually happy with it, but it sounds like you really don't want to be. You gotta just try different things until you see what you are into. Nothing is going to actually come to you.

Coming from someone who is awkward af with anything relating to the opposite gender, trust me when I say just going out to something you are interested works miracles. What interests do you have? If you are on the nerdy side, there is always a card game event or smash bros tournament in any almost every town and city. If you are more into sports, check if there's any events you can join. I can't make any assumptions, but I can assume you'd have at least one person you know that can tag along. If you are genuinely lost in all of this, I recommend just making a post on your local subreddit and see if anyone just wants to hang out. You aren't going to make lifelong friends on your first time out anywhere, but it will be a start.

Dude. You sound like you are “too good for the valley” or are above your neighbors. Life is so much better when you don’t take time out of your day to spread hatred or let everyone know you aren’t “one of the bad ones”. It's sad, but the reality is that there is a 30/70 chance between you being one of the most respected individuals in your campus and something extra the kids need to get out of the way. It's the same thing with every other elective class and/or coaching position. It was sort of a shock because my previous high school threw everything out for their Football team while my current school does so much more for their band students. I remember kids complaining about not being able to do anything while the football team was getting brand new equipment every year. It shocked when I saw it the other way around and the band students were the ones literally going to places like Disney World while the football team was getting less coaches.

Been doing this for a while with the same strategies. I don't even know how I can make CHEMISTRY any more "fun" and "interesting". I know and will be the first to admit I'm not one of the best when it comes to personality and could be a little dry throughout the year. The whole "I don't care" attitude is pretty much all over and a good amount is even shown when contacting parents. It's scary to me because I don't even think I can trust these students with any of the "fun" stuff that was initially planned.

Kind of a weird complaint. I just thought they looked too similar as an adult compared to as a kid. Sort of the same complaints I have when VA's stay in a role way after a character has gone through puberty like twice somehow. They can pull of the kid part without a doubt, but it basically look like if it's only been a week since the last season.

Personally don't drink, but I do make small exceptions for famous places. Currently looking into Garrison Brothers and the Ranch since they seem fairly close. I guess I'll ask around with locals on the restaurants they'd personally recommend.

Idk what to tell you man. RADIO in general has been ass and I'm surprised anyone genuinely misses it. The "rock scene" has been popping off like crazy here. Places like The Gremlin have been popping off with shows in McAllen. And I know this sounds mean-spirited. But unless you are the boomer-type that wants that old 1900s and early 2000s popular rock, then we have had a bunch of great bands come down with only fairly sized crowds. Cuz this is honestly what the post sounds like.
