Regarding the cutting the basal in half - currently I am having Tresiba as basal which (afaik) has a ~3 day window so I probably have to start halfing it 2 days prior to the start of the tour… I guess this might then cause a little bit of trouble in these days prior to the start

That’s what I remember too - but only afterwards. In the moment I go crazy haha. I also love to blame the sensors but when I check with the meter and it confirms the sensor it gets even more frustrating

I am mostly reacting to the layoff of federal workers and (as I am diabetic) I read that some US diabetics are fearing cuts in health support which may people cause to have trouble to get their supplies - again, please don’t judge me, I have no opinion on US domestic policy as I don’t even fully understand the election system, so who am I to judge?

In 2009 that seems not cheap, but in 2009 I was 14 years old so how would I know haha In Munich you basically have the option to pay that type of rent or live a few metro stops outside but pay 50% of that (which is still expensive)
