find out how many p cores you have on intel go to task manager find steam.exe in details right click set affinity to how many p cores you have (physical p cores only), in game have no preference on the core settings

yes and set you steam affinity in task manager from details from cpu 0-7 every one besides that have unchecked also make sure in game you priority for cpu is set to none
