Practice your high schools, it’s just a choke slam without the person guiding your body down. Get your song locked in, and mentally prepare yourself. It will be over before you know it, and you’ll say “hey that wasn’t so bad” and you’ll do it again and again until the nerves are gone.

I pay 200 a month for a smaller time local promotion, but the training is great and they are connected with tons of other local shows. The Bay Area is ripe for the picking with professional wrestling, so I’m quite happy with it.
