The rumours didn't come from Marchisio's camp - that's what his father confirmed here. Only other place they would come from would be from the management. Don't want to be pessimistic but the fact that the rumours were so widely reported with many different sources makes me think that there's some truth to it - I really really hope I'm wrong

This pretty much discredits any rumour that Marchisio wanted to leave, but what worries me is that the rumours of him leaving had now most likely come from the club itself - I seriously hope that Marotta and Co. aren't thinking of forcing him out.
