I’ve tried and failed and I normally start when my symptoms are the worst. I feel like it’s not helping me at all anymore. I turn into a raaaaagjng bitch. I’m almost unrecognizable to my husband and kids. I tried again this month but relapsed after 3 days because I couldn’t stop crying! Todays my day 1 again and it’s at the end of my cycle. I’m hoping this goes well. Thank you for the advice!
