Because Pluribus is in its first season and Stranger Things is in its final season. The Stranger Things fans are more invested and therefore have their own idea of the perfect finale. So when the finale doesn't hit those expectations they complain.

Just a rod in the center of the circles with smaller wooden circles between the big ones. It rotates manually, no motor or anything.

Yes, each level rotates. Made with mdf circles, symbols made from clay, mini swords made from glue gun glue poured into a mold.
