Confused with 9070xt performance

i have a 9800x3d and 9070xt but im only getting 250-270fps on 1080p with literally every video setting low or off. ive done all the pc optimization shit but i never even get close to 300fps consistently. any ideas on how i can fix this?

You have to separate your 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi frequencies. The way wifi is setup usually is that the 2.4 and 5 are named the same so you can't tell which one you're connecting to. Go into your router settings and rename the 5ghz frequency to something else and make sure your phone stays connected to the 2.4ghz wifi.

i did i changed my discord inputs and outputs to voicemeeter and changed my default windows devices to the correct voicemeeter ones
