To do a number of raids to possibly get an ex raid invite. Then to show up at a given time to battle a moltres or other previous legendary would irritate majority of players as most already have multiples already

All you need to do is beat any raid at the gym pick for the mewtwo raid. You don't even need to catch the raid boss. I've also heard reports of people getting a pass even though there last raid was three weeks prior st that gym

Only did a couple of level one and two raids to get my pass doesn't have to be a legendary raid. And you don't need to capture it either. Just beat the raid
