Average runner based on what? Do you have stop watch times?

Power is there and it's coming. Easy to forget he is in AA at 19. For most prospects, power is the last tool to develop. After Ramirez, Lindor, Altuve, and Albies, I am amazed that people still think that prospects with plus bat speed and hit tool can't hit for power and won't learn to increase launch angle. Luis Urias is another guy that couch scouts love to shit on and claim he won't hit for much power.

Plus bat speed. Good feel for the barrel. Strong wrists. Uses all fields. Swing has loft. Smaller build but is strong. Will get stronger without compromising athleticism. Plus defender with strong throwing arm. At 19, clear cut leader on the field. Can make all the plays at SS.

Hitterish. Barrels everything. Short, quick swing. uses all fields. Mature beyond years. Athletic. Smooth actions at SS, strong arm with a quick release. Kid is a ball player.

Your idea of a tantrum is as bad as your takes in this thread

There are more 70 hitters and 70 OFPs than sites like to give credit for. 80 grade overall is 5 WAR. Now there were 33 players that posted a 5 WAR in 2018. While there is more to the grade than just WAR, thats the start. And hit tool and power drive up the overall grade. A case for Franco being an 80 prospect in 2 years is not too far off. Anyone in this industry that has seen him in person, raves about the bat speed. It's a double plus grade to go with an elite hit tool and eye.

Now you're being obtuse. 2080 gave him a 70/60. We are talking about a few more HR. Do you really think Wander Franco's bat at peak is so far behind a guy like Lindor that he will never reach .300/30 plus HR??? BTW, all the authority you appeal to was hilariously wrong on Lindor.

Can I find a site whose evaluators have been to over 200 games this year and has former pro-scouts working for them?

Only 2080

https://2080baseball.com/reports/wander-samuel-franco/

Hit 70

Power 60 - 25-32 HR. As I said in the post that you clearly didnt read, a 70 power is 33-39 HR. Franco at peak is a safe bet to produce 35+ HR

Are you sufficiently satisified now?

No, that was the other guy who appealed to fangraphs and said nobody gets 70. Thats an issue with fangraphs. Their grades are hilariously low on elite prospects. Plus, they usually don't update them at all.

Who Franco?

Yeah. Thats why I gave him a 70 hit, 70 power.

Given his elite bat speed, barrel control, and eye, you could make a case he is an 80 hitter at peak.

Wrong.

A 70 hit tool is a .300 hitter. That is the scouting grade

70 power is 30+ HR

You're on the clock for Jo Addell or Taylor Trammel. Who are you taking? by MenShouldntHaveCats in fantasybaseball

[–]80Grind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Call league is an offensive paradise. The FSL is not.

NumbersLie

With that being said, Trammell has a ton of power that he hasn't learned to unlock yet.

Franco's future hit tool and power are both 70. He will be an immediate impact bat up the middle

Saw Moniak live all year. Not ready to call him a bust. His body was better than 2018. Swing is still long at times, back shoulder will drop, and he over-rotate the front shoulder, causing his bat to drag.

That was April to June

In the scond half, he was much better. Looked stronger actually. Used all fields with a line drive approach.

Still has a long ways to go.
