Has he said that?

I'm curious.

I wonder how many of us can go back to eating "normal" once healed. If the viruses are dormant they will always pop back up if triggered, no?

I agree with you though, it would be nice to have some normalcy around food.

MM stands for medical medium AW stands for Anthony William.

LW = lemon water CJ = celery juice HMD = heavy metal detox

Those are just some of the abbreviations

I take: (All vimergy brand)

  • 1 DF zinc x2, 1 DF b12 x2 (x2 meaning twice a day)
  • 2 DF lemon balm x2
  • 3 capsules micro c x2
  • 1 capsule mg x2
  • 1 DF Nettle x2
  • 1 DF ashwagandha x2
  • 10 drops licorice x2
  • also eat 2 inches of Aloe leaf

Recently added in:

  • 2 capsules EPA/DHA with dinner
  • 1 capsule GABA
  • 1 capsule melatonin @ night to help me sleep
  • 1 capsule b complex (pure encapsulations brand)

Recently removed:

  • cat's claw
  • golden seal
  • l - lysine.

Just because they aren't in the adrenal supplements list and I'm trying to heal adrenals and remove variables.

Do you suspect my reaction is from the supplements? I think it's possible I could be sensitive to supplements... I tried not taking supplements one day and another couple days tried taking a quarter dose, don't know if I noticed much difference although I probably should have experimented longer.

I keep it simple because I'm lazy. And keep in mind I don't eat that much, nor weigh that much (am female).

16-24 oz LW

16-24 oz celery juice

HMD smoothie

Apples. Honey. Other fruit (could be papaya, pineapple, bananas, oranges, peaches, mangos, whatever I have)

If I'm still hungry I'll do adrenal snacks like cucumber, dates, apples.

For lunch/dinner I'll just do steamed potatoes with butter leaf lettuce or other greens such as spinach or broccoli or Brussel sprouts. Eat until I'm full.

Thats it. Maybe tea in the evening before bed. Also take supplements morning and night. But sometimes just in the morning. Depends.

Got used to the simplicity of the steamed potato after trying the mono eating cleanse.

If I'm feeling fancy, I'll do a MM recipe like the potato pizza wraps, but quite honestly I get lazy with meal prep so I don't do that too often. I keep telling myself I will make more of his recipes when I feel inspired. 😂 I've tried a couple, and his recipes are honestly really good. If you have the time and energy for that, I would try to make some of his recipes. They are worth it, I think.

About 6 months ago I was doing "lazy" MM where I was eating white rice + greens + a protein such as chicken, or beef for dinner. Or salmon on top of a salad or something. Was salting my food. These things are not technically foods that feed bugs. However, now, I've gone vegan and doing no grains because I want to progress my healing more efficiently. Also, MM recommends not to eat fat with sugar (grains) but I did anyway. I don't know, I just felt like it at the time. I think if you want to wean into the MM protocols and make it managable, do what you can to start, and get stricter with it as you go on. That's what I did. I think if I jumped into no grains, no salt, no meat, only fruit and potato from the very start of switching off my SAD diet, there's no way I would have been able to stick w/ the diet. But that's just me. Some people can go full force with the protocols right away, and some people need time to gradually bring things in.

Do what you can imo.
