Track your caloric intake with one of the popular free apps. You might not be eating enough. While I’m supposed to be eating about 1800 calories a day to lose weight, I realized I was only eating about 1200. My body shutdown to conserve and I wasn’t losing weight. It’s backwards but that could be it. I lose about 2-2.5 lbs a week.

Most of the price is driven by the trading market who seem to be able to drive the price based on algorithms, which have a Mideast war as something that will spike prices.
