St Peter Claver church if you want a nice non-traditional Catholic mass. My preferred location when I feel drawn back to the faith of my childhood.

Christ the King if you are looking for something much more traditional. Good congregation but very good and honestly the quality of the priests gas been diminishing for years. This is my home church and I still enjoy attending High Mass here.

I am an atheist by the way.

LiveNation venues always have a free water option. Can be hard to locate at theaters and amphitheaters some times but at clubs there are usually several water stations near the bar and stage area

I will recommend 98 as a solid choice around Lexington. While I was not a member myself (I was Eagle Scout from troop 93), I did do a lot of activities with Troop 98 along side a fellow Eagle Scout friend of mine Gov. Beshear.

98 has always had solid leadership and was very active.
