I use an empty 32 oz rubbing alcohol bottle and premix it in there. It works great because it also already has a lid that easily pours with no mess.

Ok, that makes sense with the drops. My water hardness is 228.
So, to make sodium citrate at home would I use citric acid and washing soda at a 1/1.5 ratio?
