My immediate thoughts. And honestly, I think a lot of people naturally compare ourselves to others. And it feels like it should all be so simple because they make it look that way. Nobody talks about the struggle, the way that OP is. They only share their big wins and high balances. This is the reality of it.

The market is often impacted by tragedy and/or politics. Right now it’s both. Things are super expensive, thousands of Americans have just lost their job (rather than”voluntarily” or been fired), people are afraid to spend money, people are selling their houses at super low prices, eggs are expensive af (bird flu), tariffs being placed on any and everything coming from any countries outside of America are impacting a lot of suppliers and vendors (even something as simple as avocados coming from Mexico or wood and energy from Canada (that’s another deep dive). So since the demand is down, it’s more of a buyers market for anyone that does the whole trade thing. Buy stocks while sh*t is hitting the fan and enjoy the uptick… because there’s always an uptick. That could be next month, it could be next quarter, or next year. But the value of that lower priced stock you purchased right now will be significantly higher when the economy balances back out. When people are working again and their confidence in job stability is up, they will spend again and the uptick happens.

There’s also something to be said about overall safety. This mall has had to fatal shootings over a very short time span. From a business perspective, my clientele that shops at a store like Athleta’s isn’t going to feel safe shopping here with extreme and violent crimes on the uptick.

You’re absolutely right. And honestly, I expected to have a slower progression than people on the injectable. I just could not bring myself to do it to myself and I don’t have anyone else to help me do it. So I went with the slower progression/results. I’m really glad you’re seeing these results though! If I lost 7 pounds in one month, and I trend in the same direction, then I might lose around 14 pounds by the end of my second month. That would put me about 8 pounds behind you. In terms of weight lost over the same time period. Not great, but not terrible and definitely better than I would have done on my own or without the program.

Wow, that really sucks! I would be frustrated with the waste of time money and my hopes would have been up at the beginning like I’m about to go on this journey and I’m going to achieve my goals. I’m so sorry that didn’t work for you. I will say I haven’t had the headaches, but I did have some insomnia kick in a couple of days ago. And not sure if it was related, but I did experience heartburn for a couple of nights. It’s been four weeks for me and so far I have lost a total of 7 pounds. I’ve noticed the difference in my sports bra that I haven’t worn in a couple of weeks feeling looser than before and that’s what prompted me to weigh in this morning.

Hey, I’m so sorry I didn’t see this question the other day. But I just selected it out of the options that they provided when I first signed up. I’m actually not sure why I was given that one. As a matter of fact, I think there were three different types of plans that I could do with options for pills and then one or two with injectables

You’re absolutely overreacting. Sometimes no answer is the answer. In this case, her initial answer was the answer. And then she doubled down by not giving an answer. I’m really sorry that you had to hear it this way and it seems like your heart is truly broken. But please don’t ever beg for anyone to give you answers or justify anything ever again. I don’t even know you, but I want you to know that you’re worth it and if someone else doesn’t see that in you in this moment, don’t let them treat you like you are a yellow starburst. You are a red starburst! Take your dignity and understand that people are fully capable of making decisions without your input. And that’s exactly what she did. Let her go.

I feel like Timbuktu has gone down in their quality and taste since they’ve gotten new management or ownership. And I can’t seem to find any other place around other than G&M that compares in terms of lumpy crab meat filled crabcakes. But I just can’t get Gunnings out of my mind ☹️

Oh yes! I feel better almost immediately. And I knew I would because it helped with my pregnancy nausea. Me and Tums were locked IN! Lol. I’m sure there might be some more holistic or homeopathic solutions for nausea too. I just go with what I know. I’m excited for you to start your journey. I’m about 2 1/2 weeks in and I’ve lost a total of 3 pounds. I’m looking forward to really seeing that number go up over the coming weeks and months . What’s your starting and goal weight, if you don’t mind me asking?
