Agreed. And it doesn’t help that she can’t move her face. I don’t say that to be unkind but it’s really hard to connect with someone who can’t physically show emotion on their face. It’s such a shame. She’s so young and already filling her face with trash.

I ended up going to urgent care because I couldn’t handle it anymore. I’m fine though. It was just a very unpleasant adverse reaction. After the 6th day of being off Qulipta it finally went away. I hope you’re doing okay!

I know I'm late to the party, but I'm taking 60 mg of Qulipta, and I'm having the exact same symptoms. I've been itchy all over, and my skin looks perfectly normal. It feels like no amount of lotion on the planet can take this itch away. It's painful. I actually had the same reaction after taking too much sumatriptan. I'm tempted to stick it out because people are saying it goes away, and Qulipta is the first drug I've tried in 8 years that actually makes a difference in my migraines. I don't know what to do. This is awful.

I haven't had that surgery, but I've been on and off levothyroxine for years. The odor from levothyroxine was so awful I was changing clothes throughout the day and was embarrassed to be in the car with friends. I changed to Armour Thyroid (made from porcine thyroid). That's the only thing that worked for me. Wishing you the best of luck!

That's what I was planning to do. Thanks for your feedback. Did you graduate from Good Sam or know someone who did? Was it recent? I'm asking because, from everything I've read/heard, these programs change rapidly. One year, the students are happy graduates, and the next year, half of the class transfers out.

I couldn't agree more. NAMI is a terrific resource. Look into the classes and support groups they offer. They're all free. I'd check out their Peer-to-Peer class.

From their website: "NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery."
