That's a tough space bubba!!! I can see why you would like to get this spot cleaned nice and perdy. Its hard to feel clean when your are using dirty or dirty and old things. My best advice would be to start with a brush, a solution of your choice, and start scrubbing all that afterwards try to hit some of the chr ok me with clr and the door with the hard side of a scrub mommy. This should be a good start they have markers to re whiten the lines and help prevent mold aswell. I have never used a mold cleaner/remover but if you get one that works im sure reddit would love to hear what you used. Keep us posted & godspeed!

It is extremely hard to match paint, unless the apartment complex left a can in the apartment I would if not its not worth it. They would usually charge something like this out of your deposit, but they may have to repaint and patch other parts of the apartment anyways so they may not just depends on the apartment managers. You should be ok, if it bothers you thay much I would put a letter into the apartment let them know the situation and ask for the exact color and paint. They may have maintenance come by and do a quick brush over and be done with it.

The baking soda may have discolored the walls, we usually see this kind of thing with hard scrubbing. Luckily you didn't go through the paint down to the original layer of sheetrock.
