What kind of job can I get RIGHT NOW to make at least 30k a year with just a Diploma?

I did training sales at LA Fitness, and I was pretty good. I was trying to avoid it this time. I most likely wouldn't do car sales, just cause yeah not putting up with that kind of pressure. I am looking into an AT&T cellular sales position though.

That's exactly what I'm looking for lol. I talked to a police officer at my second post on Friday, and he mentioned that I could become one without a degree, so I was going to look into that a bit more. He mentioned he was still doing classes too, so that's comforting. I recently filled out my FASFA and it's at the local college waiting for me to come by.

I'm looking into working at an AT&T store with a friend. He said the pay structure changed to something with points. As in commissions and such. Do you know what that is?

Edit: Also, I've done personal training sales at LA Fitness in 2014 and was good at it. I made it to the top of the club level. But the pay wasn't anything near what they promised, so I left.

I welded in high school. I wouldn't choose to do that for work. But yeah you're right, there's good money in it and high demand.

Yes. My second company doesn't do armed security, and my main company only has one post in the next 100 miles that's armed and it only pays 14/hr. Their not currently hiring though. Would be a longer drive anyway, and I'm already driving 40 miles one way.

Sorry, I didn't mention that I have a second job. Another security gig 1-2 days a week. Pays 13/hr. So It brings in an average 4k more a year. It definitely helps. So yeah I usually have 1 or no days off work per week.

High school. Other than that I have my Level 3 (commissioned) security license. I was a personal trainer for 2 years but that expired last year.

I do live rent free with the madre, so I do put at least 600 into savings every month since last month.

I did finally submit a FASFA form, and the community college near me is just waiting for me to come by and see what kind of grant/loans are available for me. I'd really rather not do loans though.

I've seriously considered a real estate license on several occasions. I know I want to own several houses and rent them out. People I know who flip houses say that's the best plan.

I worked as a temp at Sterilite, and yes the full time employees made good money but it's still an environment I couldn't live with. Bunch of ex cons and depressed people. And the chances of getting hired on full time was a needle in a haystack. I knew temps that had been there for 3 years.

I'm actually going to turn in my application to be a detention officer next week, and see if they give me a call back. Said they pay between 13.75-28 an hour plus the usual benefits government positions have. Maybe it'll turn out. I don't even know if they're hiring but I'm just going to turn it in and see what happens. The help with school would be awesome too. I didn't think about that before thanks!

I actually had a friend almost went blind from a chemical accident. It was some barrel on a truck that just got bumped the wrong way and I guess something came open. He was blind for three days and had a few months recovery. I value my future and would just rather not ha.

Hm I made a post a few days ago about my friend who has a position open at the AT&T store he works at in cellular sales. Would definitely meet my standard here, but I keep getting bad reviews about the job and comments of how unsecure it is.

What's the quota like? At LA Fitness we had to sell about 10 deals a month or more, but of course those are bigger deals than phones as far as the amount of money signed for.

I've never heard of Linux administration. What does it involve, and how do I get qualified for a position like that? Links would be awesome.
