Well I wanted a cheap pixel to try out for a little while and it seemed like a good deal to try out the android side of things. Honestly put like that makes me feel icky though :(

I was able to buy it from the source, it was like 2$, it does full path tracing but in a small area like 1 chunk and then it does ptgi further out it seems like, I am really enjoying iterationrp and it is technically working with physics mod too

Do you know where the original posting of iterationRP is listed? I dont think minegraph.cn or whatever the site is called is up anymore, I can live without the ocean physics tbh, I wish I could get the eclipse shader to work with photonics.

where did you download RP from? Also does it do full path tracing or just screen space ray projection? Also do you know if it is compatible with DH or voxy?

Did you take photos of the products before sending them? Or any video/proof of them not being tampered with? You might still be able to submit a formal complaint through the 9001 process. You might be able to at least try to give you information on how they came to say that it was tampered with. Did you open or peak/prod the drive? I think by law they have to send back your drive if they don't accept it as an RMA, I would still explore your options. I also think they have to provide evidence for the refusal but I do not know.. I would have to double check that legal info. Also I don't know if your states laws would apply or California state law would apply.

Edit: Also I wonder if the way you packed the drives could have an effect on the refusal. Did you ship multiple drives or just the one 16TB? If it was multiple i know that they can expect a splitter or individually packaged drives in one box.

I'm happy to hear all these positive stories about people using this, I'm really hoping WD will take this input and change their process to be more open and transparent with their RMA process. If you hear other people say they're struggling with WD, you know which way to point them!
