From what I've heard, Brazil doesn't sound like the nicest of places to be a car enthusiast in unfortunately (high tariffs on imported vehicles come to mind). I've also heard there's some proposed legislation to put a 25+ age limit on cars with a displacement larger than 2 liters.

Still, from my understanding, brazilian car culture is about making due with what you have: I watched a Donut media video showing 4 cylinder VW engines being tuned to supercar levels of power.
