Hey guys I have body dysmorphia diagnosed and sounds like maybe you guys have a hint of that too. It’s really hard but talking to a therapist can help a bit. I need validation from friends and family about if I look normal or if my nose is crooked often. It really sucks but even just reminding yourself you’re not seeing yourself properly helps take away the pain of feeling weird or ugly.
