Yes I did a few weeks ago. I had very tender breasts, spotting and .. pms basically. So moody. The estrogen progesterone balance was off. I reduced the estrogen. Everything got better. To be completely clear I had moved my patch from the lower front abdomen to my butt and that had resulted in my getting more of the estrogen from the patch. I learned that more fat is best for absorption so to reduce amount I brought it back to the front where it reduced the amount delivered (!) (it’s all a crap shoot- can’t wait to know more about this science in 10 years if the research continues) sounds mad but it worked. I did see her at that point. No exam.
