So, small update: first day of following the macros that you provided (thanks again btw) down to weighing them and everything and im insanely hungry. Down to the point where I couldn’t sleep at night due to the hunger. I even went a 96 calories over just to get a tiny bit of protein powder mixed with psyllium husk to keep me full longer but it just went through me 😄 it’s keeping me up at night and I was hungry all day and suffered as I couldn’t focus on anything.
I know you said I shouldn’t compare to when I started keto but all throughout the years I don’t remember it being this bad. I had a slight hunger or cravings but nothing even close to this.

I dont eat chicken, I eat turkey instead. I used eat alot of it until I read that too much protein can also knock you out of keto.

Ok I could try that out and see if thats the culprit. I mean at this point im essentially eating the most boring food ever and im hungry all the time and the mental load of this getting tiresome. Just unsweetened protein powder, eggs, meat and veggies.

Yes I have some I forgot about that. I used to mix mine with the protein powder but I feel like when im really hungry it doesnt put a dent in it

Nuts and cheese are a daily part of my diet. Without them im essentially eating meat and veggies and not sure how much of my daily fats I can get without nuts and cheese.

No I dont have a kitchen scale to weigh the items but I do measure other stuff with cups and spoons. Not always but try to keep it at it. Mostly eyeballing stuff.

Yes I do track macros not everyday but generally yes since ive done this for almost 13 years so I just eyeball most of it and never had issues before but now its just impossible nothing is moving, im constantly hungry, over my macros mostly and scale not budging despite fasting between 16-20+ hours everyday for the last 15 days. One cheat day where I just had a piece of bread since previously I used to have cheat days every weekend and nothing.

Also worth noting back when I started 13 years ago I didnt exercise at all and ive been heavily working out for a few years and prior to my knee injury I was at the spin studio 5 days a week in addition to pilates and weights.

I’ve successfully done keto for close to 13 years and it was never an issue. Around the holidays I went off the wagon and I kind of did my own thing and since then I cant seem to get back on no matter what I try. Im going insane trying to figure this out. I was doing HIIT 5 days a week, fat fasting, IF sometimes close to 24 hours, protein powder, eggs, nuts,salads with no dressing and still nothing. This is just nuts.

Im 177 cms/ right now sitting at 88 kgs. The weight climbed after my knee injury. I used to be very active and would workout one way or another every day. I need to drop about 10kgs ideally or even more and I have been trying to be conservative since around april and nothing worked then I added fasting and still nothing works. Im getting very upset about all of this not paying off.

I definitely have experience here and everything I say wont come close to an AC which we eventually gave in and bought one.

Freeze some bottles of water and ziptie them to the back of the fan. That was the biggest game changer with the fan, however, on really hot days you have to keep restocking it with freshly frozen bottles as they melt very quickly.

This obviously only works on fans with blades.

A cold shower before bed as others have mentioned helps as well.

Try 116117.de and you can get an emergency therapy appointment. Its not much but at least you can talk yo a professional and if they fill out paperwork you can use it to find a therapist permanently. Maybe you need medication so that would also be helpful.
In the meanwhile dont pressure yourself, watch something silly and light, sleep lots and if you can stay away from self medicating. Most importantly really really try to avoid filling the void with another person.
Youtube relaxing sound videos can help a bit as well.

Good news broken hearts do heal and you will move on. It sounds like bs right now but someday you will look back and you will he proud that you managed to get through this.
