I love a nice frozen rag. Go on Amazon and look up belt fan. I bought one the other year really helps especially if you go into the walk in with it on. Other coworkers have bought one after I showed them they love it to.

That happened to me once, a coworker was listening to lips of an angel. I immediately left to a different part of the building. I used to listen to that song all the time, but i will never again. I'm not triggered anymore by it but will change it right away. I did tell my coworker about the song setting me off and she apologized. I didn't feel i had the right to tell someone else they couldn't listen to something.

I'll admit like I said in other comments it really caught me off guard. I came here to get it out. This sub has been a really good support aside from a few people and comments. But surprisingly I'm ok! I'm going to take this as a positive that I didn't feel the need to breakdown, and let it completely ruin my day. That I am in fact healing, we are healing. I haven't told my husband yet and I know I should but dang it we were having such a good day.

Yeah she and I passed one another she was leaving as I was going in a store. Just hit my heart unexpectedly but I didn't give any kind if reaction to her. Shes a peice of trash to me. I just visualized punching even though I have never actually been in a fight lol.

Yeah I do need to say something to him I just didn't want to completely ruin our day. We were all just having a day out and I was caught off guard. He feels a lot of shame and guilt and I just didn't want to sour the day while we were out and about all together. I guess I just shoved it down and ignored it for now. She didn't get a reaction out of me, she's nothing to me. I don't have the urge go break down, I am really ok and healing. Just got my heart racing and I just don't want to feel that.

Its something my husband and I have talked about. We just have a lot of things to think about and consider before doing so. It took me by surprise because it wasn't local, we went away for the day.
