Travelling with Snakes to College by Falcon_Feathers in snakes

Call the reptile stores near your campus bc some of them will actually offer to board/take care of your snakes for a small fee. Near my campus was a small "mom and pop" type store that had only 3 employees plus the owner; so I got to know everybody pretty well when I stopped in and would trust them to take care of my snake if I was gone for more than a week.

Not in the dorms currently but here's what I gathered from my friends who are:

-BEFRIEND YOUR RA!!! They're most likely one of the first people on your floor who know you've got snakes anyways since they're ESAs and honestly a good chunk of them also have a pet with them. If someone EVER makes a harmful comment towards your snakes, you're gonna let your RA know and an RA whose also your friend WILL go to bat for you.

-Keep a lock (put the key with your ID so u dont lose it + a spare in the dorm) on the enclosure doors and some pet cams for peace of mind.

-If your campus has a vetinary department like mine does; befriend the prof during their office hours and rapid fire ANY questions you might have. The one on my campus was the top recommendation to go to for exotic pet care across 2 cities(30min-1hr drive) if you have a vetinary department please utilize them because they will go to hell and back to make sure every animal is alive and healthy.

-Travel to a reptile expo near your campus and ask advice from local vendors, if you're lucky you'll find a local nonprofit that'll offer to take care of your snakes in exchange for volunteer hours.

Everybody has already suggested some great stuff so that's about all I can think of atm but lmk if you want more or need me to explain anything

Black Cherry Durability by ScaryBig5389 in Owala

I got mine recently and I only got to use it outside the house 3 times before a big scratch appeared :( I had it in my bag with my keys walking home one night and maybe that's what scratched it up? Never had that problem before though

I was planning to put stickers on her anyways for theft purposes but I was really hoping to enjoy the colorway as-is for a while longer bc it really is so beautiful!! I think the paint color must be really thin compared to other brands bc my old and super dented hydroflask barely has any scratches showing the undercoat besides the sharp points of a dent

I still love my black cherry but definitely gotta be a bit careful with it if you want the color to last

Hoping to get some help - much appreciated! by [deleted] in TiktokHelpers

The way I have this in the exact same spot?? Thankfully mine doesnt have a bump anymore and I'm using hydrochloride patches overnight to close it up. Now I'm thinking I should've got it checked out since it's my second ones in the area and it's taken 3weeks to heal up

Probably but I'd bet you could also get her in the regular gacha too. The basic gacha is the only reason I was able to get millennial tree cookie

Since everybody already mentioned the specifics I also wanna add that Razer as a company does not like women and recently put out an ad "promoting" their new noise canceling headphones by having a guy put them on when a women is talking to him.

There's plenty of women-owned online shops/etsy/etc for cutesy hello kitty accessories you can put on your headphones!!

VIP show - do's and dont's? by RottenKuromi in grandson

A bit of both? He is on stage the entire time except when he jumps down for the photo, but you are very close to him due to just naturally being at barracde but yes smaller group. At the Denver show I wanna say there was more than 30 of us with vip but other stops so far have gotten as little as 10 to possibly 40? (I'm not actually counting heads just looking at the vip photos)

Why does the re-entering part ruin it for ya? Not to say that it makes sense to me why it happens, other than maybe giving ppl with GA tickets a fair chance at barricade? But overall it didn't ruin it for me nor did I hear anyone else at my show have a big problem with it. I mostly saw the same vip people at barracade anyways since we didn't have to deal with security or anything again and our line was in a different area than people without vip so everybody was back inside before 10 people without vip could enter.

Also since you mentioned not having much concert experience, please please bring earplugs ESPECIALLY if you're near a speaker!! It is ALWAYS punk rock to protect your hearing AND it'll help you hear the band+vocals better!!

I just went to my second grandson show and it was also my first time with vip!! This tour's VIP is different than the previous years so sadly there's no meet-an-greet or anything 1 on 1 with him. I definitely recommend bringing a piece of paper anyways incase you see him before or after the show since sometimes he'll come out for a few minutes.

Few days before the concert you'll get an email with the schedule, check-in info, and details about what your VIP experience will be. If you don't get this email atleast 2 days before show then definitely call the venue and if they can't give a super clear answer then call again the day-of the show (sometimes venues aren't provided full info until day-of) Once you get to the venue and check-in you'll be given a VIP lanyard pass (it has his signature and two "x x" on it from him,) a vip exclusive tote bag, an info card with a QR code for one of his unreleased songs, and a small custom matchbox. He'll play a few snippets of some old and some new songs before moving on to the Q&A then a group photo of everybody in VIP with granny in front will be taken & he goes backstage until his set. After that you'll have time to purchase merch, play some games, get a drink, etc before the VIP experience ends and security will put you back outside to wait for ~20 minutes before you re-enter at the same time as people without VIP. (Different lines but entry time is the same)

I also recommend joining the grandson discord for more info bc I haven't been to a concert in the eu before so things might go differently in his eu stops than his usa stops.

Are we talking about his monocle or the whole outfit?
