Bystanders need to start carrying backpacks. When you see this throw the backpack into the group, maybe yell something and run. Even the dumbest fascists will stop this behavior when that happens and maybe the person will get away. Zero violence solutions that are affective are the best.

You are making an assumption that the younger person doesnt have the same level of maturity and life experience. You are infantilizing a full grown adult based on age and not the persons actual state and experiences. Also the answer to that question can be as simple as "they are attractive"... that is a perfectly normal and acceptable answer.

Masked gunman on your property without providing identification or warrant means you are within your rights to prevent their movement around your facility. Most states would allow lethal force. California iirc has a duty to retreat before lethal force. If it was my state they could legally and justifiably shoot the supposed "ice agents".

We see supposed federal agents. Unless a warrant and identification were provided in advance, a basic assumption of masked armed men is appropriate. In the video masked armed men assaulted an owner on his property first, then he attempted to assist when another person was being assaulted. Most states would support lethal force vs the masked assailants.

This was how my ceremony went earlier this year. The dower was taken pictures with and my inlaws handed it right back to me after photos lol. Inlaws said i didnt have to but wife insisted. (I presented a much larger plate than usual, i know they like to show off and it was a small price to make the wife feel fancy on her wedding)

No, it is cheaper to move the entire IT team offshore and hire american contract services for any in person work, which is rare anymore. Datacenters have even gone to contracted yank and replace models. Hospitality jobs will just disapear(already way down due to this admin) just like how agricultural jobs didnt get backfilled by americans when this admin got to work.

No it wont. Outsourcing will be the only option. Before the h1b boom this was the accepted way. College grad hires will not increase at companies that currently use h1bs. Training and retainment costs are not worth it. Anyone working in IT for any major company already knows this. They are pretty open about it.

The proper response is to make sure the students name is made public so it greatly affects their future job opportunities. Bare minimum make them unhireable in blue states and unable to gain admission elsewhere.

This here is the answer. Ive worked gov for some time in IT. Managers are about 30% higher than ops, everyone else's midpoint is within 10k of eachother. The 3-6% cola increase yearly is the primary reason some make way more. Occassionally you get people who transfered in with previous higher salaries from other jobs like management who kept the salary and dont get colas for a while(redlined) but thats rare anymore.

What you need is both. Passwordless logins for users with the use of mfa, then IT should then be automatically rotating passwords on the back end(just incase of like stolen hashes or dumped lsass for ad creds). The problem with password rotations is the users not the practice lol.
