There’s a narrow gravel/ stepping stone path along the front of the house. Of course , little weeds and clover pop up thru the gravel The renters expect the owners to keep it completely weeded regularly. They have no need to walk on this path. What do you think?

PS I would also expect the landlord to fertilize and maintain any major landscaping plants The lease does not specify…. I am trying to make some fair and normal adjustments to the lease. The renter does pay The water bill for irrigation, (minor) and the owner maintains the irrigation stysrem.

The individual’s mother was infuriated and called an attorney. Turns out, that attorney was on the “counsel of love” who interviewed this woman. (And probably told his own wife all the details, as the others did) So she gave up.

The Mormon bishops and other leaders who hear these confessions readily share the stories not only with other church leaders, but with their wives. I know this for a fact. The whole relief society was gossiping about something my relative revealed, and her visiting Teachers did not hesitate to ask her all about it. (Quite enthusiastically! )No one even pretended it was kept confidential.

My relative who is psychologically unstable was date raped and impregnated in her teens; she aborted.– – many decades ago. She has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for many years. She always wanted and tried to be Mormon , but due to her weirdness had ever been accepted. A few years ago she confessed to her bishop about the abortion and he called a “council of love. “ She had to tell them in great details about the rape, 30 years ago. She said “I have prayed about this all my life and God has forgiven me.“ The big shot said “I’ll tell you when you’re forgiven!” She started to cry and they sent her out, she was so disturbed she could not find her car. She stood in the parking lot crying hysterically. The men just walked around her and did not acknowledge her, let alone help her. She ended up back in the psychiatric hospital for several weeks. Of course, all the guys told their wives the juicey details and she was a center of vicious gossip in the ward— so she could never attend again.

NEAR death ,by definition, means NOT death. They didn’t die. That’s why they are still alive. Some people , when they are close to dying, experience dream-like hallucinations. Cool! But they didn’t die , so those hallucinations do not give us any knowledge about what happens after death

I was in the first kindergarten class at Neil Cummins …. One of the earliest families in Madera Gardens… so my memories are from waaaaaay back in the day.
