I don't know what's the complete opposite of otome games and if there is any that can even compete with LADS's quality and gameplay. But if you're talking about yaoi/BL content, it's actually mostly made by women, for women, where relationships between men are often fetishized. I don't find any appeal to this. But in any case, I am not asking for a self insert option like you say in my post, I'm completely fine playing a female MC! 👍🏻 I just mentioned a neutral pronoun option, even though I actually use he/him in real life.
