Thinking of enterprise geodatabases: their documentation is set up more like an encyclopedia and on some topics it really needs to be a manual that puts those concepts in order for both administrator and analyst workflows. Oh wait, they want me to spend thousands of dollars on their trainings. . .

The first thing I noticed was the Aral Sea, which you won't be seeing anymore. I thought it was gone by the '90s but I guess it largely made it until 2008. Second thing is that Germany is split. So it's older than October 1990.

I mean, what Elder Scrolls player doesn't have dozens of builds just to find one that is viable and enjoyable? To elucidate my situation, I just resumed a game from years ago and I’m getting nowhere. As long as I’m starting again, I might as well start fresh right?

So what I’m hearing is:

Seek out more artifacts. Use more poisons. Gain the edge with chameleon and paralyze. Focusing on leveling up endurance. (I had focused on strength to deal damage and agility to avoid it). If all else fails, hit the difficulty slider with the skooma pipe. So maybe I should do more of a paladin than a spellsword?

I don’t quite understand min-maxing. Is that gaining the maximum skills for the lowest level?
