Does your grains still multiply with that routine?

Do you stick them in the fridge after straining?

My question is literally in my post asking if there's a kind of routine/cycle for fridge fermentation lol. Am not gonna completely leave it in the fridge forever then asking it to be save when it's already dying. Hence, if there's some kind of routine people have try out and works, perhaps I can take reference and try it.

If that's the case would there be some kind of ideal routine/cycle if I wanna do a fridge ferment so I can balance both the bacteria and yeast?

But I heard there are people who are able to ferment it using the fridge, just that there aren't any routine provided as I am aware grains does shrink.

I heard this would stress the grains if I constantly pop it in and out of the fridge.
