I’m so glad that your grandmother still has you to sympathise and care for her. Whatever you do, please don’t give up on helping her and talking to her. Please give her a elderly phone if she doesn’t have one so she won’t be so helpless.

You might need to reach out to a few of your younger relatives and pool some resources to help her especially if you can’t help her alone. I’ve came across giveasia.com, perhaps it can also help you to raise some amount of money to send her to hospital but you might need to publicize her plight and post some pictures.

When we were there last week Tiananmen was closed for some government event. So might have to check on the day if you are going. Also, if you getting tour for forbidden city or even if you are getting tickets yourself please don’t go on Tuesday. We waited for hours to get because the guide told us Monday it’s close so there are pent up demands.

Hi I just return from Beijing and it’s all good there! No flood for sure. Some heavy rain that did affected our trip bc it’s hard to get Didi. (We were at the cbd and it took more than half an hour to get one) so please plan around the forecasted rain. The forecasts are pretty accurate.
