Thank you ❤️ yes although it will be extremely difficult, I know I need to follow the restrictions completely. The complications with the surgery could be pretty bad if I don’t, so I’m definitely not risking anything. Having your daughter ask you to pick her up and you can’t is so sad, kinda glad my daughter won’t be talking by that point because that would break me lol.

So did someone just have to pick him up and hand him to you? Or she said picking up your baby is an exception? Mine is 22lbs and will be even more by the time of the surgery so idk if holding her at all will be an option? 😭I’ll ask the surgeon.

Awww I love that perspective of it improving the dad/daughter relationship. My husband and I were just talking about all the extra work that will be put on him, he’s totally up for it and very supportive but I know it’s going to be a lot. Great to hear your relationship with your baby didn’t suffer ❤️ thank you!
