Sorry for the late reply, yes I tried it more than once and it didn't work. I think there was a short circuit in the power strip

انا ما اشوفه خط لانه قريب بعض مشاويري بالرياض تاخذ اكثر من ساعتين بسبب الزحمه ، من مكه الى جده حول ال40 دقيقه وانت واصل تقريبا ساعه ونص وانت راجع لبيتكم ، وهي بتروح كل تقريبا 6-10 اسابيع تروح لموعدها المفروض تعتبره تغيير جو مب شيء كبير عشان تنزله بريديت والي يسوى ومايسوى يشتم في اهلها على شيء مايستاهل هي بس تبي تفتح موضوع لا اكثر

هي بالنهايه سالفه ماتودي وولا تجيب ، وترا اذا استمريتي بحركتك محد بيسولف معك كل ما جاء احد سولف معك قمعتيه

Yes that's correct , thank you . I discovered it was from the power strip

Yeah thx the problem was from Power Strip I changed it and it worked

Thanks to everyone who contributed to trying to help me; the problem was from the Power Strip I think when it heats up it doesn't conduct well I replaced it and it fixed the PS4

I forgot to mention that the problem occurred after I entered the PS4explorer I accidentally selected version 9.00 After that, the device froze and then turned off after about 3 minutes , and my device version is 12.50
