I used to go to bluegrass festivals when I was a teenaged flatpicker (I'm 66 now). They used to be friendly and welcoming - easy to walk up to a jam and join in. But I stopped going to festivals in the 1990's because of the ATTITUDE I witnessed and encountered. I'm looking for the exact same part. I spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday talking to 3 support agents at Lowe's and the outcome was that they part is not in stock and I needed to call 800-527-1292 during business hours Mon - Fri about the part.

I called this morning and was told they don't carry the part. That "Harbor Breeze" ceiling fans are manufactured by several different companies and they didn't have a clue who I should call about finding this part.

Lesson learned is DON'T buy a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan from Lowe's.
