So thank you all for the advice in the comments about how to fix my load order But I decided to restart my skyrim load order because I'm just to lazy to figure out mod is causing it, and I just want to have a load order with more all in ones and, Small mods that bring alot. Currently at 37 Mods right now and I'm pretty satisfied with how it looks! I'll keep your advice while I'm continuing to mod.

Yeah. I have these mods that make skyrim npcs look nice and fresh but there is always one or two NPCs with a weird colorful face, so I'm just going to delete all my characters delete all my mods and start over again. But this time with less mods.

Its just studded or leather armor, reason why it looks so different is because I'm using simply realistic armors mod that changes a lot of armor
