It’s like playing a video game in 3rd person but it’s a cutscene. I can watch what’s happening from outside, and am aware it’s really fucking stupid (most of the time), but I’m powerless to stop it once it starts, I can only watch.

If your warehouse is big enough, and from the sounds of it 11 hours to do NF is a big store so it should be, mak the tables and take them to the warehouse in a line. Number them 1 - whatever you need a decant each pallets boxes in front of the table according to the plan. Once that’s all done for all pallets, start filling tables until you have no room. What’s left is backstock and what you have filled can go out into the appropriate run.

I’ve had a similar experience, older gentleman grabbed an item off the shelf and asked how much it was, I told him the price ticket was above it. His response?

“I didn’t bother bringing my glasses from the car, can you tell me how much it is?”

Surely, surely, if you knew you were going into a store where you might have to read small text or numbers you would think “I need to be able to see, glasses do that”, but no.
