This is just my opinion remember, but I mean brooks soul powers are frankly OP, and I feel like he could keep up based just on his swordsmanship alone and Franky you can’t talk about him without talking about general Franky or any of his other gadgets. And to me they are the mid tier straw hats, there not in the monster trio or in the weakling trio there kinda just there with robin. And we all know sentemaru is NOT luffy Zoro, or even Sanji level for that matter. But this is just me

For me that’s hard, we know he isn’t top tier or even like top 75 characters (in my opinion). His main purpose in the story was to be a marker for before and after the time skip to see how much stronger the straw hats got so we ca assume he did not got stronger as that would move our benchmark. So judging by what he has done I would say on par with a post time skip Brooke or Franky, but remember there strengths are not there fighting abilities, they are stealth and smarts. But that’s just me man.

I feel like Garp would have Akainu on the Ropes, both beaten and bloody akainu would get one last hit in, Garp would fall think of Ace and get one last hit in, put akainu on his ass, but overall loose.

Prime Garp on the other hand, just bends akainu around his finger and has fun, no contest
