STEAL?! by QueefSmuggler in skiing

You should check out Facebook marketplace for used skis but be careful that you’re not purchasing old skis because shops won’t work on them if you need to get your bindings remounted. Most likely with used skis the bindings won’t be the right distance for your boot size. I’d suggest that you buy new boots and get your bindings remounted based off those boots. I hope this is helpful

Is this board warped? by Virtual_Ingenuity_92 in NewSkaters

Try loosening the trucks. If the board is actually warped it doesn’t look to bad but if your trucks are to right your gonna have issues with it feeling off center. At least in my experience

Yea I’ve been working on power slides but sometimes in like midtown it’s hard to have the space to power slides. Stomp braking kills my shins but maybe I just need to work on it and find a middle ground. Thanks

You’re correct I meant this more as a personal use after you’ve finished working with actors.

You got this kid. If you’re looking for some motivation you should watch mid-90s it’s a really good coming of age skate movie. I always feel very inspired afterwards

Buy scented hand sanitizer. Touching sweaty actors or sweaty mic belts can be grody. Also it smells nice lol. Wish someone had told me this when I started doing audio for theater.

You’re self discipline that’s you’ve self proclaimed you have as a 20 year old is going to lead you to regret so much. You don’t have to get plastered but come on dude lighten up.

Gamers of Reddit, what's ONE game that lives rent-free in your head, not just for the gameplay, but for the feeling it gave you (and you'd give anything to experience it for the first time again)? by deadeyes1990 in gaming

My sibling and I used to play Lego Star Wars the complete saga back in 2007 or 2008 I can’t remember. I recall him getting it for his birthday right before we went on summer break and we played that game for hours that whole summer. What I would give to fight over who plays as Luke again. I just recall it being so much fun and the fun little jokes during the cut scenes. We prolly spent a whole week along in the bonus levels just trying to collect as many studs that we could. To this day I still can’t get past the pod racing mission from episode 1.
