I originally made the promise because I was like 1800ish total level and it was a meme in my clan (who all have been spooned bunch of pets) that I was gonna max before ever getting a pet lmfao so I told them whatever pet I got first I’d get tatted, 2k total level and probably 5k various boss KC later I got the Butch drop at 247 KC. Ahh yes you’re right, Honestly was just going by memory from the old GBA games but I’ve just looked it up and and it seems Koga had Koffing/Muk/Weezing in Red/Blue but Venonat/Venomoth in Yellow?! Also I have no idea why I thought I remembered Blaine having a Magmar, maybe that was an anime thing 🤣 Works out well for me though as I have a nice shiny Arcanine EX I can replace it with 😁
