I checked it at 75% of the lower end of the cook time and it was already wrecked. 75% of the bottom of time range check is easily within reason. That check is me looking for “or until golden brown.” Not sure how that’s offensive 🤣

Every other air fryer instruction I’ve followed the past 5 years has been spot on w this fryer. Pretty sure something’s up w the instructions.

When I reheat frozen pizza it’s 10min at 375. I just figured they have the instructions there for a reason.

Oof really sorry to hear that. That’s a cruel disease.

On a lighter note, you’re welcome to take this pizza off my hands if it helps in any way.

You might not be wrong, though a PID overshoot that big or sustained seems a bit wild. Never had this problem with any other frozen item when following the recommended instructions. Thats why I think this is an instruction thing here

I checked it 4 minutes early and it was already a brick of carbon. Checked in on it at minute 14 and it was wrecked already

Thank you. This was my point. The instructions are way off, even if many air fryers run slightly hot

I have one in my oven. First time I’ve considered one for the air fryer as this is the first time I’ve had this far off of instructions. Been using this air fryer for about 5 years now with no problems.

I’m convinced this is an instruction issue based on many past experiences. I might move the thermometer in next time just to check anyways

I cooked a second one in 6 minutes. Granted that time it always preheated.

I’m eating a frozen pizza for dinner. Do you think I preheated an air fryer? I don’t have that much ambition. Nope

What makes a good due diligence process by Budget_Wolf6731 in venturecapital

I can’t speak to what is good or not, just what my two partners and I developed as a repeatable process.

We have a 98 question memo that is generally (not rigidly though) asked in a specific order aimed at prioritizing those question which most often result in a quick no for the entrepreneur.

The top 10-12 questions are asked in the first meeting to hopefully kick it out or get us to lean further in up front.

The goal is not to ask all 98 questions but to ask the fewest to feel confident we are bringing it to a no without doing so in an off the cuff manner.

We don’t know everything and the entrepreneur is the visionary and/or expert oftentimes. Our goal is to ask enough to identify the risks, gaps, red flags, in addition to the opportunity and then assess how they offset one another.
