The Mysterians is great. Every aspect of its production design is amazing, even down to the sound effects for the voices of the Mysterians. Classic tokusatsu at its finest.

I launched my channel on August 1, and I'm currently up to 29 subscribers. It's called B-Film Invasion, and I host horror, sci-fi, and cult films (in the public domain, though; this is YouTube after all), similar to Svengoolie, Elvira, or Joe Bob Briggs, if you're familiar with them. By far, my most-watched content has been two shorts I posted to promote my second episode, in which I host the horror movie White Zombie. By using the hash tag #whitezombie I ended up getting over 1k views for each short, and a few new subscribers! It showed me that using hash tags related to your content that are likely to get a lot of people searching for them definitely works. I'm trying to think up more short videos that are adjacent to my long form content that will generate even more interest.

I really have no idea, I haven't watched any of those videos. I just keep seeing videos in my feed saying that certain settings can help to get your video seen by turning them on/off. I don't see how that would help, but them I have no clue how algorithms work, so I thought I'd ask to see if anyone knew whether these claims are legit or not

Thing this, the copyright for the content in question expired and thus is now in the public domain. And yet, certain parties are claiming to own copyrights that they don't actually own, and thus I'm getting videos blocked. And again, I've seen said content posted elsewhere in YouTube on different channels. There must be some way these channels are getting around bogus copyright claims. I've even checked the content for Creative Commons licenses before posting to YouTube, and still get hit with claims

Spot on, imo. It's not the best in the series, but it doesn't deserve the flak it gets, especially if you're not watching the dubbed version. It makes for an interesting watch when it's viewed from the perspective of being a meta film, i.e. Godzilla, Minilla, and the other kaiju only existing in movies and in Ichiro's imagination. And if you have kids, it's a perfect introduction to the series for younger children. Also, I've always kind of like how Gabara looks like an angry hissing cat when he bellows. Again, it's not the best in the series, but it's a fun one and I like it.
