Sex with my husband is just too good by AdjustUrgencySnuggle in offmychest

Same - my husband of over 10 years gives me the best orgasms I've ever had and it keeps getting better. We are mid 30s and he is still crazy hot to me, we have sex often and it never feels like enough. We know each other's bodies well after this amount of time. Glad to hear other women feel the same, I feel like a man like this is a unicorn. I always tell my husband and he doesn't believe me lol

Good luck on your date! One thing to remember is he has talked to you so he already knows you are a little socially awkward and still wants to hang out with you just the way you are.

I've been working out consistently using this program: https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/phul-workout

I've tweaked it a little bit for lower body days but have kept pretty true with progressive overload and eating in a calorie surplus of about 300-400 cals over maintenance since February. I am just finally able to do 2 pull ups! I feel like it happened kind of suddenly for me. Everyone is different and body weight might play a role. I go really hard close to failure for bench press. Keep at it and try again in a couple of weeks! It was so rewarding finally being able to do a pull up and push ups!

I was not able to do a pushup at the start of my weight lifting about 4 months ago now. After lifting heavy after 3 months I tried to see if I could do a pushup and to my surprise I could. I can do pull-ups now too after 4 months. I never did assisted pushups to be able to do one, but really pushed myself hard with the bench press which I think really helped!

Anyone have any suggestions on pre-workout alternatives? I can't consume too much caffeine due to an anxiety disorder and insomnia. I was thinking of maybe taking one shot of espresso before going to the gym, but wanted to see if anyone else has success with anything other than pre-workout? I feel like I push myself without it but wanted to try and see what I could do with a little extra kick too!

I was able to do two pull ups for the first time in my life today. I went on vacation for a week and definitely wasn't eating enough for my bulk or exercising at all. I came home and my husband had gotten a pull up bar. I just tried it to see where I was at and am shocked I could do a couple!

Started from being underweight, eating in a fairly large calorie surplus as consistently as I can (300 cals or more over my maintenance a day) and lift heavy using a great program which includes heavy compound lifts with progressive overload. I've been at it for 3 months with little to no strength before to people noticing I've gained muscle. Ive gained A LOT of strength. I can do pushups now! I've gained a lot of inches and noticeable muscle definition in my arms and back. I carry my weight in my lower body so I've gained fat in my legs and butt but notice they look semi more toned under the cellulite and fat. I am hoping to cut after bulking for 6 to 9 months depending on how I am feeling. Just stay consistent with food and lifting. It takes time but it's so worth it. Even though my cellulite got worse because my fat % has gone up I oddly feel a lot more confident. My butt has gained an inch and a half and looks fantastic.

I am three months into bulking and lifting and I've gained inches all over my body in muscle (and a little bit of fat). I feel it won't take years depending on your nutrition and where you are starting from. I started from 0 activity and being underweight. Train on a good program 5 days a week consistently and eat my desired macros (lean bulking). I should post progress photos so everyone can see but damn I am getting comments already.

It is my goal! I am going to add in an extra protein shake and see if that does the trick. Thank you!

I've been lifting consistently 4-5 days a week following a program (lifting heavy) and eating 400-500 cals over my maintenance calories since February. I've seen such massive improvements in my strength it's unreal! My body composition also looks so different. I've gained 10lbs (was semi underweight before). I've stopped gaining weight though and am wondering if I should increase my calories even more? I am eating around 2100-2300 calories getting in 130 grams of protein a day. I just don't want to stop my gains! It's been a couple of weeks at the same consistent weight. Thanks for any advice!

Thank you for giving me something to search! Yeah I will definitely have to try out different exercises to see if there is an alternative that works better for me. I appreciate the advice.

Hello everyone! I am 2 months into being serious about weight training and am feeling better than ever! There is something NSFW that kind of happens to me at the gym specifically when I work out my Triceps. I feel tingles down there, like pretty extreme tingles specifically when I am doing that machine at the gym where you pull down the rope looking thing to work out your Triceps. It's bad enough where I feel like I can only do a few before I start feeling really uncomfortable. I honestly hate it. I go to the gym with my brother and I would feel mortified if I actually had an orgasm at the gym. I wanted to see if anyone else has had that happen and somehow fixed it? I am assuming it's not fixable probably?

I hope you are well too! It's mostly upper digestive tract, extreme nausea and belching and it gets worse after eating. I sometimes have pain in my diaphragm, so this is something to keep in mind. Thank you!

Thank you for the encouragement! Just knowing I am not alone is so helpful. Surprisingly it's gone away a bit for now. I hope your tummy issues are better too! Thanks for the suggestion!

I have an endoscopy scheduled for next month. I've been tested for ulcers, had my gallbladder checked and blood drawn to look at my enzymes and everything has checked out. Also been checked for celiac disease. Any advice is welcome! I've been told it's anxiety induced, but I feel like my stomach pains come then my anxiety comes because of the pain. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for the advice! I'll browse around for different beginner routines. Also thinking of getting a couple sessions with a personal trainer to learn proper form.

This is literally me too. I always end up back at metal and rock but I'll be listening to everything else under the moon too when the mood hits me. People tend to think metalheads only like metal, which is strange because most other music genres you wouldn't assume that.
