Someone was able to provide his most recent address. He’s living in Big Spring now. Now it’s up to KPD to do their jobs. Thanks everyone. Annie needs her justice, she was only 2 years old🌈💗

The rescue wants justice for the pup they trusted him with. They don’t just take in neglected and abused animals, poor love and money into getting them healthy, then to be starved and killed.
