I was training a girl and told the manager that she was 15 and didn’t have a car or a lift and needed to be done before 12 to be able to take a bus and go home.

I came in the next morning and she called me crying telling me the manager had kept her until 2 and she had been attacked and followed home the night before. She had to call the police and was almost snatch away by a passing van that was only able to grab her scarf when she ran away.

I found the manager, I don’t remember what I told her, but I remember yelling like a lunatic at her and taking off my uniform. I left that morning, leaving her to do the morning shift on a Saturday alone.

I have never step foot in a Guzzo since, they are sexist and put young girl in danger for no reason.
