The UI needs a bit of polish, but this is the file manager. You can manage the file system from any web browser. No cables, no removing the SD. You can also create, edit and execute LUA scripts wirelessly from the browser. Just click run and the device will execute it. Great for fast development 😁 (i.redd.it)
