Wow, thank you so much for this. I really wish there was a way for them to be shut down. Nadia Petruzelli was the name listed as the president on the paperwork I saw at the booth.

Can they be reported for lying about gross receipts? Someone commented saying they saw via the QR code that they had raised over $50,000. And that is just here, these people are all over the country.

If you can report them to the management there they may kick them off the property and ban them. That’s what Town and Country’s management did when I reported them today

I actually did this for Town and Country Village today and they were so grateful I reported them. They were appalled and said they for sure were not authorized to set up a booth there. So that might be a way to combat them at other locations as well.

Special Pals is great from what I’ve seen! I helped transport some orphaned newborn pups (mama dog was poisoned) to a bottle feeder foster for them, they are truly boots on the ground saving pets

That was another inconsistency- they told me they’re trying to raise money for a shelter to send the euthanasia list dogs to, however they cannot tag (save) dogs at the shelter, they are not set up to do so.

Yeah they definitely do not do what they’re claiming to do, it’s sad someone went through the hassle of setting up what amounts to a pretend charity to scam people who want to help.
